Integrating energy work, sound healing, vibration and bodywork, Sonic Massage is born out of thousands of session hours with clients over more than a decade. It is a direct and powerful transformational method for moving and clearing energy, relieving muscular pain, releasing tension, trauma and grief, and restoring balance to body, mind and spirit.
Come experience the power of vibration, resonance and entrainment, as we explore the ancient wisdom and modern science of how sound impacts the body, mind and spirit. Through lecture, discussion, group energy practices and hands-on instruction, practice and play with singing bowls., during this 3-day experiential workshop we will:

LEVEL 2: Prerequisite: Level 1 courses
Beyond the Foundations of Sound Energy Wellness
This workshop is rich in providing you instruction for individualized time with a deeper attunement to your specific instruments.
You will break into private time to work through exercises with your bowls. Setting the tone of the weekend for intuitive guidance, structures in place which gives way to opening portals, and aligning both you the practitioner and the recipients into rhythms of healing, with the emphasis on "healing rhythms."
You will gain skills needed to create group sound bath sessions with intention and purpose as we explore the emotional connection with certain note combinations, transitions and other instrumentation.
Sound grids are powerful ways to orchestrate and translate sound patterns.
We will introduce working on multiple people at once, perfect for small group sessions / couples and families.
You will also learn the foundations of using tuning forks and gongs for clearing energy with deep resonant waves.
