Pati uses sound and vibration as a healing practice for over 20 years and has been leading group sound sessions (sound-bath) since 2008.

Through toning, mantra, instruments, body-work / massage therapy and studies in Eastern philosophies of wellness, including, Japanese Natural medicine and Traditional Chinese medicine, these systems view the body as wholeness. 

Pati teaches a system and protocols of sound + vibration approved by NCBTMB.  Sonic Massage Level 1 + 2 are currently available as a 3-day training of 21 hours each segment.  This prepares you with a deeply immersive experience in sound work as well as a comprehensible understanding the nervous system, brain wave states and energy management.

Her practice in the healing arts extends back to 1994, her accreditation with the National Certification for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork has brought her forward in her role as an approved educator with the NCBTMB.

• Hands on play: Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, ocean drums, rattles, shakers, chimes.  Learn about a variety of sound therapy instruments, techniques and effective usage.  

• How to apply therapeutic sounds and vibrations to move through energetic barriers and blockages. 

• Group dynamic: an approach to creating a system of coherence through breath, movement and deep restorative relaxation.

• You will learn about brain wave states, how they best serve you, “shifting gears” to a more desired state, surf the waves.

• Engage the para-sympathetic nervous system, induce anti-inflammatory response.

• Balance the body through “high and low” frequencies, by utilizing a variety of instruments to achieve balance.  

• Anatomy of a group experience + Re-entry.

• Amplification - convey the best sound experience through the options of mic’s, mixers and amp selection.  Discover what works best for your set up.

• This is a hands-on workshop designed to help familiarize yourself with facilitating a group session or deepening into your existing skills in sound sessions.

• Each participant will have the opportunity to create a soundscape for the group
