Stimulate the nervous system to relax tension in the surrounding tissues. As you roll over soft tissue, the receptors send signals to the spinal cord, and the parasympathetic nervous system responds by sending signals back to the muscles or tissues to relax. In doing so, rolling increases the range of motion in muscles and ten dons around joints.
Also increases blood flow aiding the delivery of oxygen and other nutrients to muscles.
NeuroBall:
1. acts as a massage tool releasing the muscles of your feet as you roll it around with your foot.
2. the ball is coated in a unique sensory stimulation textures that wake up and active the nerve-dense surface of your feet.
3. the ball splits in two and in the center you will find an even smaller ball to help with acute muscle release on the bottom of your feet.
Use for:
Resetting the feet at the end of a long day
Massaging foot muscles and minimizing arch pain associated with plantar fasciitis.

3. June 22 Torso; belly, chest, head, hands and feet; partner back roll. No need to bring a partner, we will partner in class to roll out each others back from neck to sacrum. NeuroBall for feet.
